9th Grade College Consulting Package

Best suited for students who are 1) looking to begin the college consulting process early; 2) would like to explore their intellectual and extracurricular interests; or 3) already have a clear sense of their interests and would like additional support pushing forward with self-directed projects, our 9th Grade Package includes:

Monthly meetings across the school year (or summer for students who elect to start early)
Up to 8 hours of application support, including 1:1 consulting sessions with a designated consultant as well as asynchronous support for essay editing, responses to emailed student/parent questions, and school and narrative-related research
Academic course selection, standardized testing plans, and when applicable, recruiting outreach and artistic portfolios
Brainstorming, researching, and applying for competitive summer internships, mentorships, and programs, including resume development
Extracurricular management, including determining the cost-benefit of certain activities over others
Development of Principia's application pillars, including intellectual curiosity, community impact, and self-directed passion projects
Exploring specific, unique application narratives
Creating preliminary college lists and college tour plans
Interview assistance and mock-interviews

Tuition: $3,520 for Principia Team; $7,040 for Founder*
